The Finance Manager, LA LSCM is the key financial business partner to the Executive Director, LA LSCM and the local country finance and logistics teams. This role will work collaboratively across the business to assist in driving enhanced reporting capabilities, financial insight & analytics and strategic projects that drive improved profitability.

1. Serve as a strategic business partner to the Executive Director, LA LSCM and the local country finance and logistics teams.
2. Partner with Senior Management and LSCM department leaders (logistics, warehousing, headquarters) to establish financial targets consistent with the company's strategic plan prior to recurring budget cycle
3. Participate as a key member of the business unit leadership team and Finance function in the development of the strategic plans and ensure business plans are aligned with the overall BATO LA goals. Specifically, ownership of short to mid-term (1-3+ years) execution of functional strategy and the operational direction of the Department.
4. Key contributor in the Integrated Business Planning process in concert with BATO LA LSCM team.
5. Leadership role during annual budget process and monthly forecast with a keen focus on highlighting risks and opportunities. Coordinate’s preparation and presentation of budgets and forecasts
6. Responsible for overseeing month-end close and reporting requirements with a focus on timely, accurate and insightful reporting.
7. Support and/or lead highly visible special projects for the Executive Team on an ad hoc basis
8. Drive process and system improvements (i.e. leverage of Shared Services).
9. Execute accurate financial reporting and lead internal controls, consistent with internal policies as well as regulatory and control requirements (IFRS).
10. Ensure financial results are reported accurately and timing and in accordance with established policies.
11. Requires ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches, and ability to communicate and influence executive leadership.
12. Analyze and Drive process and system improvements around financial reporting and internal controls.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required

• 5-7 years minimum managerial finance experience

• Experience with logistics and supply chain management processes

• Must be bi-lingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese
